By accessing or using the Possible Finance website (the "Site") or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Service Description

Possible Finance is a secure financial matchmaking platform connecting consumers with licensed lending networks. We are not a direct funding provider, loan broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit choices, we do not issue loan approvals, and we do not charge application fees. By submitting a request, you authorize us to route your information to licensed network participants who may contact you with funding offers. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a connection or an approval from a network participant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, a US resident, and a citizen or lawful permanent resident to use this Site. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Loan Parameters

Through our matching gateway, financial assistance amounts range from $500 to $5,000. Repayment terms range from a minimum of 61 days to a maximum of 72 months. APRs range from 5.99% to 35.99%. Specific terms are determined solely by the offering network partner based on your application and their underwriting criteria.

5. Electronic Consent (E-Consent)

By submitting your inquiry, you consent to receive electronic disclosures, notices, and communications. You agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing. You may withdraw this consent by contacting us, but doing so may limit your ability to use our services.

6. TCPA Consent

By checking the TCPA consent box on our application form, you authorize Possible Finance and its network partners to contact you by telephone (including autodialed calls), pre-recorded message, and SMS/text message at the phone number you provided regarding financial products and services. 7. No Guarantee of Connection or Approval

Use of this Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a network partner or receive a funding offer. Even if matched, approval is at the sole discretion of the individual network partner. We expressly disclaim any guarantee of approval, specific rates, or specific terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of loan estimates shown on the Site, as all terms are determined solely by network partners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Possible Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any loan product obtained through our network.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
